Athletic training that breaks down the basics and utilizes the fundamentals of boxing.

True boxing is about movement; it is a focus on agility and footwork to give you a great workout. You’ll learn how to move, hit, and move again - what the art of boxing was meant to be!

Emphasis is not just on the physical benefits of the sport but also on the mental and de-stressing qualities of such an intense, physical workout. At the base level, boxing should be a fun activity—even when adhering to a strict regimen—designed for learning self-defense techniques along with maintaining focus, discipline and coordination.

Personal One-On-One Training 

Time to kick-start a new routine? First time boxing? Need to focus on specific skills? Just want to focus on strength & conditioning? We offer one-on-one private training or train together with your partner, a colleague or best friend with relatively similar goals.

1-hour session: 750 kr
10 sessions package: 7000 kr
20 sessions package: 13 000 kr (650 ea)

Private Group Training

Have a group of friends that all want to get in shape and have fun doing it? Want to help your department get motivated to become physically active and make more healthy choices for real? Schedule a unique team-building session or have a special event with a high-energy workout that will spark a lot of joy and produce positive behavioral change. No previous knowledge required, the sessions are tailored together with you.

1-hour session: 1850 kr (3-8 participants)
or 3000 kr (9-20 participants)
10 sessions group package:
16 500 kr (3-8 participants)
or 25 500 kr (9-20 participants)

Tough-Love Bootcamp

If you’re looking to get a jump start on learning boxing technique, losing weight, gaining strength, and developing muscle tone, this 4-week cardio-intensive Boxing Bootcamp is for you! A specialized and proven regimen that will give you tangible results. Open to all levels, but great for beginners.

8 sessions: 2250 kr
12 sessions: 3150 kr
Single session (pre-arranged/approved): 300 kr

Next Bootcamp tbd! Typically held on Tuesday and Thursday along with a couple Saturday or Sunday sessions each month. Limited spaces available, email or sms to secure your spot now.

Private Training

All rates include 6% moms. Students and previous participants, along with active DIF Boxning and Elit Sports club members get 15% off listed prices. Each session is for 60 minutes unless otherwise arranged. I ask that you use the pre-paid package sessions within 1 year.

The goal is to help people reach their full potential through knowledge and commitment. It is important that you get educated while you train in addition to a sweaty workout. See the time with a trainer as a way to understand one's own body, how it should be used, and also how to avoid injuries.
