Tough Love Bootcamp Starts Week 42
Fall weather knocking you down? Rise up, dust off, and get in shape now.
Part boxing, part cardio, part strength-conditioning, and a heavy dose of tough love! Sessions include heavy bag work, mitt work, partner drills, bodyweight exercises, HIIT, and jogging indoors or outside. You will push yourself harder than you thought possible and feel ready to tackle the world when it’s over! The bootcamp program is especially designed so that participants lose weight, gain strength, develop muscle tone, and learn boxing technique.
2200kr which includes 12 sessions (4 weeks, 3x/week) and a t-shirt. Starts week 42!
No boxing experience necessary, just a fighting spirit. All levels welcome.
